Accommodation fee includes; 2 nights bed and breakfast concept.

10% VAT + %2 Accommodation Tax will be added to these prices.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 70 % of payment will be refunded for cancellations before 5 August 2024.
  • 30 % of payment will be refunded for cancellations between 15 August 2024.
  • No refund will be made for the cancellations made on after 25 August 2024.

All cancellation requests should be done via e-mail to Magnum Opus (PCO) and all refunds will be made after the Congress
